Returns policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How to start a return

1. Email us at theworldcitizenbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
